I ordered some Gloria Vanderbilt sandals and they sent the wrong style. I shipped them back at my cost and have not received a refund as yet . It has been two months. Has anyone gotten a refund from this company?

Me too! I knew that since the first time I bought from them, all they have been doing is "scamming" people. It happened to other people who went through the same thing. I liked to buy the items, but not the way they provide customer support. There should be more customer support provided to consumers who feel they have to talk with them. I would recommend this, but not to others who have already went through all the horrible experience with classiccloseouts.

Beware of Cassic Closeouts! They send the wrong merchandise and then won't answer by email, nor do they have a phone number. Still waiting on my refund...its been two months! Many others @ message boards, have also had the same problems.
