The order process is simple, the customer service and tracking of order is superb, the packaging and wrap and card are perfection, the chocolates are divine(!!) and the delivery was on time. I knew every step along the way from placing the order right through to the signing of the receiver where the chocolates were. Amazing!! The chocolate is exquisite. Most important though is the care and concern regarding my order.
